About the team:
The Learning Experience Design team enhances learning outcomes by applying instructional design principles to develop effective, engaging, and accessible content. Acting as a bridge between subject matter experts and learners, the team consults on curriculum, course structure, and assessments to align learning goals with user needs. Utilizing modern tools and methodologies, the team supports various training programs, including Academy courses, self-paced learning, and the Moments of Care recognition program. This team is dedicated to equipping learners with essential skills for career success while maintaining high-quality learning experiences.
What you'll do:
Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and design effective instructional programs.
Oversee the creation and delivery of engaging learning content that enhances employee skills and performance.
Manage performance management initiatives to support continuous development and career growth.
Evaluate training effectiveness through data analysis and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of learning projects and initiatives.
Foster a culture of ongoing learning by promoting best practices and innovative development solutions.
Research new technologies and implement AI to improve workflow process, and enhance user experiences.
What you'll bring:
Proven experience in developing and implementing learning and development strategies that align with organizational goals.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and levels.
Expertise in instructional design and content development to create engaging and impactful learning programs.
Demonstrated ability to manage performance improvement initiatives and measure learning outcomes.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide and motivate teams toward continuous development.
Ability to analyze training needs and apply best practices to enhance employee skills and organizational effectiveness.
Express curiosity about new technologies and ways to incorporate or use AI.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
