The Job:  

As a Category Manager you’ll be part of our Marketing team.  In this role you’ll get to:  

  • Develop and execute category strategies, presenting recommendations and strategic direction to senior stakeholders.
  • Lead product development initiatives, guiding NPD alignment, prioritizing projects, and managing product life cycles—including launch plans, performance tracking, and SKU optimization.
  • Analyze market intelligence and competitive positioning to identify growth opportunities and inform go-to-market plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, sales, channel, and regional teams to ensure operational alignment and successful product launches.
  • Oversee category financials, including budget recommendations, margin analysis, and profitability improvements.
  • Maintain dashboards and performance reporting for KPIs, facilitating business reviews and process improvements.
  • Deliver category education and communicate strategies to internal and external audiences, acting as the primary point of contact for product launches.
  • Own the Category performance reporting including Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, IBP Process, etc.
  • Lead data-driven recommendations to improve margin, mix, and category profitability
  • Communicate strategy with cross-functional teams (sales, brand, product, channel) and act as point of contact for product launch
  • Lead operational alignment across team (supply chain, manufacturing, marketing) to ensure product availability and readiness are timely and effective.
  • Coordinate with regional (EMEA/ANZ, ASIA and US) teams on product development initiatives, marketing strategy, and life cycle management opportunities
