How You’ll Make an Impact:

The Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for helping to drive organic awareness, acquisition, and adoption for our emerging lines of business. As a member of the Content Marketing team, you will assist in developing and implementing existing strategic plans that successfully contribute to our lead generation targets. Using a digital-first approach and a customer-centric view, you create compelling content and campaigns that resonate with our defined customer segments and strategically nurture leads throughout the customer journey.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage the monthly execution of our licensed content program to help support the YoY (Year-over-Year) growth in organic search traffic
  • Curate monthly edition of Fidelity’s investor newsletter, pulling from our existing library and pipeline of owned and licensed articles, webcasts, and investor tools
  • Manage and collaborate with external writers through detailed briefs to develop keyword - targeted personal finance articles
  • Support integrated marketing programs for new and existing clients, including onboarding, cross-selling, retention, and platform adoption programs to drive KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with communication policies, procedures, and brand-standards
  • Maintain content inventory as assigned by the Manager, Content Marketing and Marketing Operations

What We Are Looking For:

Experience

  • One year of experience gained in a marketing or communications function required
  • Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) required
  • Experience working within the asset management industry is an asset

Education

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.

The Expertise You Bring:

  • Knowledge of the financial services industry, with a growing understanding of wealth management and personal finance topics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure operational compliance in a highly regulated environment
  • Financial editing experience with the ability to explain difficult concepts
  • Familiarity with content management platforms (Adobe Experience Manager is an asset).

Competitive Pay for Specialized Talent

This contract role offers a flexible, hourly compensation model that reflects your expertise and the value you bring. The hourly rate ranges from $33.00 to $52.00, based on experience and qualifications.

We offer market-aligned rates that recognize the specialized skills and agility required for this role.
