Join us as a Pension Specialist in Private Banking

• We’re looking for an analytical thinker who can think strategically about market trends and how we can best support pension needs both now and in the future
• You’ll support our customer journeys looking for opportunities to optimise and improve the end-to-end experience. You’ll also support the development of new features and services.
• You’ll be making sure appropriate data is collected to generate insights that will be used to design and develop our products and manage the risks

What you'll do

We’re looking for a true leader who wants to take full ownership of their role. You’ll demonstrate this by delivering new and enhanced pensions proposition while keeping an eye on regulation and legislative requirements. This will be a constant, whether you’re leading the input to our change initiatives and projects or executing the implementation of key pension related products.

You’ll also be:

• Conducting root cause analysis to mitigate against the reoccurrence of known product risks
• Recommending and implementing improvements to the customer experience
• Driving the improvement of pension related product processes, leadership and support for the resolution of any incidents
• Building a culture of continuous improvement, implementing changes, improving efficiency and driving down costs
• Generating and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders

You’ll also be expected to have:

• Proven success in strategic development and execution and the design and development of products
• Experience of managing a business in a highly regulated environment
• The ability to manage stakeholders and develop strong relationships at all levels
