JOB SUMMARY
The Head of Critical Care at Fresenius Medical Care Korea is responsible for leading and managing the Critical Care business. This role involves strategic planning, business development, sales management, and ensuring the achievement of the company and functional goals. The Head of Critical Care will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and maintain the market leadership of Fresenius Medical Care in the Critical Care segment.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales and profit targets for the Critical Care business.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Align the Critical Care business goals with the overall company objectives.
Sales and Marketing:
- Lead the Critical Care team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Lead and manage marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, and distributors.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the Critical Care product portfolio.
- Collaborate effectively with relevant departments to achieve successful business outcomes.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and partners.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Critical Care team.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and team building.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities for team members.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.
- Address customer concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
Financial Target Management:
- Prepare and manage the budget for the Critical Care business.
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve financial goals.
- Provide regular reports on business performance to senior management.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- At least 15 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device related industry.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market in Korea.
- In-depth knowledge of the Critical Care market and products is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both Korean and English.
