Purpose:

Essential Duties:

  • Master of Scheduling: Whip our appointment book into shape, juggling schedules like a pro to keep our service bays humming.

  • Diagnostic Dynamo: Dive under the hood (figuratively speaking) to uncover vehicle mysteries, then provide expert advice and recommendations to keep our customers cruising smoothly.

  • CSI Champion: Raise the bar on customer satisfaction, ensuring our CSI ratings soar higher than a hot rod on the open highway.

  • Regulation Road Warrior: Navigate the maze of federal, provincial, and local regulations with finesse, ensuring compliance without breaking a sweat.

  • Transparent Communication Connoisseur: Keep customers in the loop every step of the way, providing clear estimates, updates, and explanations like a true automotive virtuoso.

  • Telecommunications Trailblazer: Field phone calls and messages with lightning speed, leaving no customer inquiry in the dust.

  • Delivery Dynamo: Hand over the keys with flair, answering questions and sending customers off with a smile as bright as their freshly serviced ride.

  • Continuous Learner: Stay ahead of the curve by attending training sessions and schooling, ensuring you're always at the top of your game.

Qualifications:

  • Fuel for Success: A track record of delivering top-tier customer service. Automotive knowledge is an asset but not a requirement.

  • High-Octane Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Mechanical Mindset: General knowledge of mechanical operations to tackle any automotive challenge that comes your way.

  • Sales Savvy: Experience in sales is preferred, but a passion for providing exceptional service is non-negotiable.

  • Professional Pit Crew Look: Keep your appearance sharp and professional, because first impressions matter.

  • Communication Cruise Control: Excellent oral and written communication skills to navigate the twists and turns of customer interactions.

  • License to Drive: Hold a valid driver’s license and boast a clean driving record.
