JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Summary
As a Regional Education Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage and supervise the educational programs and training performance on electrophysiologic products and related techniques to EP professionals at regional level.
Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing and proctoring training solutions for healthcare professionals in the safe and effective use of Abbott products, and monitoring training performance and program optimization at regional level.
Job Responsibilities
- Represent EP as a market leader in our industry and the marketplace by consulting with healthcare Professionals on products and solutions.
- Provide medical education training programs on the safe and effective use of Abbott products and procedures for Healthcare Professionals.
- Oversee and proctor education training programs for Healthcare Professionals at country level.
- Develop, design and instruct training and educational programs for all healthcare professionals on products and techniques associated with Abbott products.
- Manage online learning educational management system assuring 100% compliance.
- Identify specific Medical Education training activities to assist the Sales Team in achieving and exceeding product sales initiatives.
- Ability to delegate and communicate the goals and objectives of the organization pertaining to Medical Education. Develop winning strategies and a willingness to think outside the box.
- Communicate with current and new customer accounts regarding a variety of topics, including the latest techniques and literature, peer-reviewed articles, white papers, product updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs.
- Participate in and attend sales meetings, industrial training, and professional association meetings outside of regular business hours, as required.
Requirements: Education and Experience
- Knowledge and experience specialized in educational courses and/or training:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, proofreading, and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform detailed work accurately.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- 3-5 years of Clinical Training
- Fluent English, 2nd language is preferred
- Bachelor of Science degree and related majors, Master's level degree in Health Science Desired.
- Preferably 5+ years of Cardiac Electrophysiology Industry knowledge.
