Full Time hours per week Permanent- Office based
Salary- £27,751.50 GBP (Prorated: £25,140.08)
Shift Pattern Four days on / Four days off- 8PM to 8AM

About the Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be working alongside Milton Keynes Council in our Social housing background, providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.
A Customer Service Advisor within our Milton Keynes branch you will be working as part of a local team supporting high standard Customer Service activities to Housing properties, delivering best in class customer service and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.
Role Criteria
