Supply Chain Business Operations Specialist

Description -

As a Printing Supply Chain Operations Specialist, you will apply developed subject matter knowledge to solve business and process issues within established guidelines and recommend appropriate alternatives. You will work on challenges of diverse complexity and scope. You may be included as a project member or leader of different Supply Chain projects and initiatives. You will be part of a global team closely collaborating with other Supply chain functions and engaging with remote team in India. Key responsibilities are:

  • Manage a broad range of moderately complex Supply Chain Order fulfilment processes, such as inventory analysis and planning, demand management.
  • Follow track and improve owned processes – efficiently, with high quality standards and clear roles and responsibilities.
  • Train and coach, the daily operations team and related functions on processes and changes
  • Drive operational excellence by maintaining the team’s skill at high level, a timely response to system issues.
  • Leads the remote team through daily operational activities to achieve Business targets.
  • Conduct or participate in cross- functional process improvement or Supply Chain projects.
  • Provide immediate support to all system and process inquiries.

Qualification:

  • First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university Business or Engineering degree.
  • Typically, 4-6 years of experience in a supply chain function
  • Business process & Project Management skills welcome

Competencies and skill set:

  • English language skills (excellent)
  • Self-driven person, taking ownership and able to drive end to end initiatives.
  • Analytical skills and capacity to interpret complex data.
  • SAP Application S4 (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, internal and towards external partners
  • Capability to work across different IT environments.
