The S&E R&A member provides business guidance and support for Accenture's leadership (corporate, markets, market units, services, industries, cross corporate functions). Our function acts as an agile and trusted business partner, offering analytics and insights; and identifying key value drivers that will help Accenture achieve our strategy.

As part of this role, the candidate will be responsible to:
1)     Drive the monthly and quarterly financial reporting, and special initiatives cross Accenture;
2)     Enable and deliver meaningful, accurate, timely and actionable business reporting and analytics aligned with Accenture's Operating and Economic Model;
3)     Support our key stakeholders across finance and/or other corporate functions, and internal/client facing teams and portfolios; to proactively manage the business;
4)     Consistently ensuring data quality, integrity and information security - adhering to principle of "one version of the truth";
5)     Enhancing the user experience through digital tools and new technologies (GenAI, predictive and prescriptive data, focusing on innovation and creativity);
6)     Providing recommendations for process improvements to drive efficiencies;
7)     Supervising other team members directly or indirectly, from different locations, and creating synergies with internal networking.
 

• Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
• Professional Experience:
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, business analytics, or a similar role within a large, complex organization.
  • Experience in driving financial reporting and managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Previous experience in supporting and interacting with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
  • Familiarity with new technologies and digital tools (e.g., GenAI, predictive analytics) and a demonstrated ability to leverage them for business improvements.
• Analytical Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Experience in ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Project Management:
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously while ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Experience in process improvement and driving efficiencies.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external teams.
• Leadership and Team Management:
  • Experience in supervising and mentoring team members, both directly and indirectly.
  • Demonstrated capability to create synergies and foster a collaborative working environment.
• Innovation and Creativity:
  • Ability to drive innovation in reporting and analytics, embracing new technologies and methodologies to enhance business processes and user experiences.
