Summary:

As a Software Development Engineer in the Data Engineering team, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code using Splunk. Your typical day will involve performing maintenance, enhancements, and development work, ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code using Splunk.

- Perform maintenance, enhancements, and development work to ensure the smooth functioning of the applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues in the application code, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on the business.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Splunk and other relevant technologies, integrating innovative approaches for improved performance and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Required Skill: Proficiency in Splunk.

- Strong understanding of application development principles and best practices.

- Experience in analyzing, designing, coding, and testing application code.

- Knowledge of troubleshooting and debugging techniques for resolving issues in the application code.

- Familiarity with other relevant technologies and tools used in the Data Engineering field.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in Splunk.

- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
