WHO WE NEED 

We are looking for a Clinical Program Generalist to help operationalize our VEG strategy (building out internal veterinary competencies to allow VEG to handle related services in-house). The VEG Clinical strategy is an integral part of the VEG business and is crucially important in creating the best possible platforms to support our ever-growing base of emergency-only hospitals. You will be a part of our Clinical Programs team, which is vital in creating differentiated programs to help generate better customer and employee experiences. 

 

You will play a vital role in helping plan and execute this initiative. You will help formulate internal and external reporting and communication plans to help foster growth. You will support our front-lines with technical capabilities to ensure the infrastructure we’ve put in place continues to run smoothly. You will bring a blend of strategy, communications, and program management proficiencies to key, high visibility initiatives. You will be a curious, motivated, and passionate team member with an unrivaled dedication to strong interpersonal relations with employees across the business.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

Help us continue to scale the our various programs which are key pillars of growth for the overall VEG business, which will include:Helping define the strategy and subsequent execution

    • Supporting our day-to-day clinical operations, involving collaboration with both VQ (corporate) and our front-line hospitals

Developing domain expertise in various software solutions we use to support our clinical  functions

    • Assisting with the growth and management of our related teams



WHAT YOU NEED

  • 2-4 years of professional experience (strategy, consulting, financial advisory, FP&A)
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Exceptional communication skills, including writing, speaking, and active listening
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and identify key stakeholders across the business
  • A solution-oriented, inquisitive, open and collaborative mindset
