In this role, you will be expected to develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management. Also, translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth.
We are looking for a candidate who is a self-starter, result oriented, has proven track record in delivering value through transformation. Someone who has led large transformation programs and successfully managed C-Suite stakeholders. The role would involve solving problems today and bring in futuristic thinking to for shaping up tomorrow.
What are we looking for? • Should have minimum 14 to 20 years of work experience across: Industry – Insurance, Banking, Capital Market, Wealth Management. Market – Should have work experience with UK clients in any of the above industries – preferably in Insurance. Specialization – Specialization in Retirement / pension Servies, Life and Annuity Products would be preferred
• Deep functional and process experience in Insurance, across, Withdrawals, Claims, UW, Onboarding, Contact Centre Management, Other Plan Services is preferred
• In other Industries experience in Banking, Lending, Collections, Payment, Core Functions (Account Management), Risk and Compliance, Fraud Operations and Contact Centre, will be preferred
• Deep functional and process experience in Insurance – across Lines of Business like P&C (Commercial and Retail
• Education: - Must be a Post-Graduate (M.B.A from premier B School or hold a Master s degree in any of the following discipline – Science, Economics, Statistics, Operations Research or with Equivalent Stream with strong quantitative background
• Good to have: Some experience of managing core Delivery, Analytics and reasonably good understanding of underlying core Tech platforms and tools across Banking and / or Insurance
Roles and Responsibilities: • Strategic thinking and futuristic thinking around Core Banking and Insurance Functions and across cross functional areas of Risk, Compliance, Marketing, Collections and Contact Centre
• Work closely with clients to understand their key priorities and shaping the transformation roadmap and leading the Innovation agenda for clients
• Design and deliver transformation roadmap and business case, aligning with client goals and objectives
• Lead various aspects of transformation journey and the assessment of project requirements and deliverables to identify the best solution for clients
• Lead project delivery, client conversation and manage stakeholders on the project both internal and external
• Lead the team of experienced team members and direct/guide teams on project executions as per planned timelines
• Conceptualization and implementation of GenAI, AI analytics, automation products and solutions to drive innovation in client processes
• Influence key stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for finance transformation initiatives
• Be a trusted partner for client stakeholders, providing expert guidance and support
