What You'll Do:

As a Recruitment Manager, you will lead, inspire, and drive a team of National Recruiters to exceed recruitment and placement goals for clinicians on travel assignments nationwide. This is your opportunity to leverage your recruitment expertise and leadership skills to make a significant impact in a dynamic, fast-paced industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Manage, train, and develop a team of National Recruiters, ensuring they meet and exceed recruitment and placement goals.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the sales management team to ensure a seamless partnership between recruitment and sales, driving clinician placements at client sites.
  • Develop Strategies: Advise recruiters on best practices, recruitment strategies, and establish daily, monthly, and yearly goals that align with overall company objectives.
  • Empower Through Coaching: Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, providing feedback and support to keep your team motivated and focused on results.
  • Drive Communication: Partner with the marketing team to design recruitment campaigns, including targeted email and text blasts, online communications, and other strategic sourcing efforts.
  • Ensure Compliance: Oversee HR-related matters to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws, ensuring a smooth process for clinician placements.
  • Champion Our Values: Embody the company’s core values and foster a positive, driven culture within your team.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ Years of Recruitment Experience, with a successful track record in the healthcare staffing industry preferred.
  • 3+ Years of Management Experience leading recruitment teams.
  • Competitive Spirit with a results-driven mindset and a passion for achieving goals.
  • Inspiring Leadership: Ability to positively influence and motivate a team to achieve high performance while maintaining a focus on client and clinician satisfaction.
  • Excellent Communication Skills for guiding your team and collaborating with other departments.
