  • Assist the Client with the review of the implemented design documentation
  • Manage status and health of Openshift
  • Manage masters and nodes- Addition and remove of apps / worker nodes
  • Secure OpenShift- Patches and maintain the security architecture / policies defined during LLD
  • Control access to resources on OpenShift
  • Monitor and collect metrics on OpenShift
  • Collaborate with the Customer capacity team and provide technical inputs.
  • Openshift Backup
  • Be able to analyze Openshift performance issues and provide solutions.
  • Assist and engage with the client on BaU activities.
  • Categorizing & providing work around for resolutions & defects
  • Collaborate with Ops team for identification of critical updates, upgrades and validating such in non-prod setup.
  • Provide RCA and resolution for priority 1 & other importnat tickets tickets for critical updates, upgrades
  • Health check for critical applications\ Workloads
  • Knowledge base addition for support team for first level of Analysis and Basic Log collection in downtime, which will help to reduce the time spend on Incident Calls
  • Help in troubleshooting the production critical issues \ Priority 1 tickets in conjunction with Red Hat Global Support Services (GSS).
  • Creating SOP ( standard operating procedures) for critical updates, upgrades for roll-outs
  • Assist the Client with the administration of a backlog of tasks in an issue tracking tool, which allow the design to be implemented.
  • Provide knowledge sharing with specified Client representative (s)
  • Provide a report containing details of the engagement activities, findings and status including the following:
  • Configuration information changes for RH OCP
  • Solution specific implementation details
  • Operational procedures and operational management
  • Guidance, advice and recommendations for optimizing and improving the Red Hat environment based on Red Hat enterprise experience
  • Recommendations for potential process or tool changes to optimize the OCP environment
  • Proivde Daily Report, other reports as required
  • Create SOP
  • Work along with Various Client Stakeholders from Customer location
  • Work along with Redhat Stakeholders including but not limited to Redhat Support, Account Team, Consulting & Delivery team
  • Work in Shifts in accordence with Shift Roster (working on holidays, Saturdays & Sundays also)
  • Preferably Openshift Certified Engineer.
