Graphics Solutions Business (GSB) – Sales Operations Enablement

The Business Transformation & Automation Manager leads the transformation of end-to-end business processes across Graphics Solutions Business (GSB) Sales Operations. This role is responsible for driving process automation and continuous improvement to enable scalable growth, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experience.

Working closely with GSB Sales Operations, AI & Data Enablement, Technology Enablement and our key stakeholders in Sales, GBU, CBM, GTM, Finance and Services, and Commercial teams, this leader will help the team with process automation to ensur translates business priorities into scalable operational capabilities that improve productivity, simplify operations, strengthen business controls, and support the evolution of an AI-enabled Sales Operations organization.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Transformation

• Lead the transformation and standardization of end-to-end Sales Operations processes across Lead-to-Cash and Post-Sales Operations.
• Design scalable operating models that improve efficiency, simplify operations, and support evolving business needs.
• Establish process governance and continuous improvement practices that drive operational excellence and consistency.

Automation, AI & Digital Enablement

• Lead automation and AI initiatives that improve productivity, process quality, and customer experience.
• Partner with AI, Data, and Technology teams to define business requirements and deliver scalable digital solutions.
• Champion the adoption of intelligent automation and AI-enabled capabilities across Sales Operations.

Transformation Leadership

• Lead strategic, cross-functional transformation programs from business case through implementation and value realization.
• Partner across Operations, IT, Product, Finance, Services, and Commercial teams to deliver high-impact business initiatives, including process digitization, contract management, billing transformation, installed base management, and customer communications.
• Ensure alignment between business priorities, technology capabilities, and operational execution while effectively managing stakeholders, risks, and dependencies.

Governance & Performance

• Establish governance frameworks, business controls, and operational performance measures that strengthen compliance and process reliability.
• Define KPIs, executive dashboards, and reporting that enable data-driven decision making and performance management.
• Monitor transformation outcomes and drive continuous improvement through measurable business results.

Leadership & Change

• Lead and develop a high-performing global team of process improvement and transformation professionals.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving organizational change and the successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Process Excellence, Business Transformation, Operational Excellence, or Program Management.
• Demonstrated success leading global transformation initiatives and cross-functional programs within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong expertise in business process redesign, automation, operational governance, business controls, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with Lead-to-Cash, Contract Management, Billing, Installed Base Management, Customer Experience, or Post-Sales Operations.
• Experience partnering with AI, Data & Analytics, and Technology organizations to deliver digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with enterprise platforms and productivity tools such as Power BI, Smartsheet, Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar technologies.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global organizations.
• Proven experience leading teams, driving organizational change, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
