Cluster Manager & Communication Domain:

The business solutions provided by the MX.3 platform rely on a common infrastructure of services and APIs which has continuously evolved for the last 20 years and continues to evolve to meet the current and future challenges.Within the Platform Technologies division, the Cluster Manager and Communication (CM-COM) domain owns the technical foundations of the MX.3 platform (infrastructure services and technical development stack).

The domain's mission is to drive the evolution of the MX.3 technical capabilities based on market standards and customers' expectations:

• By conducting strategic analysis, we define the technical roadmap of the MX.3 platform 

• By delivering features, we implement the technical roadmap of the MX.3 platform

• By providing supporting material, we assist Murex teams to promote and sell the MX.3 platform

• By providing level-3 support to customers, we contribute to client satisfaction

The team is made of Technical Developers, Technical Product Managers, and Technical Experts at different seniority levels. Team members are in contact with many development and support teams from all Murex offices and in direct contact with customers.

What you will do:

• As a Technical Product Manager, you will have the role of Product Owner within an Agile Team of an Agile Release Train.

• As such, you will contribute to the execution of the product backlog along with corrective and evolutive maintenance by: 

• Owning and prioritizing the Team's backlog

• Defining user stories with acceptance criteria and acceptance tests

• Driving user stories delivery

• Conducting demos, performing risk assessments, and writing release notes

• You will apply Agile and SAFe practices to accomplish this mission

• As a member of the CM-COM domain, you will also:

• Provide level-1 support internally and level-3 support to customers during the different phases of the MX.3 platform lifecycle (from presales to solution design to implementation to production)

• Analyze support requests and reported issues, and collaborate with internal stakeholders for their resolution

• Deliver domain-level objectives like building product expertise or enhancing product documentation

Who you are:

• 2 years experience in a Technical Murex Team

• Strong technical background, experience with kubernetes, and distrubuted computing

• Previous experience working within an Agile Team

• Fluency in written and spoken English is a must, French is a plus.

• Collaborative and communicative, autonomous, analytical, and innovative.

• Product-focused with a commitment to continuous learning and adaptability in a multicultural environment.
