RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the relevant assigned Service Market Delivery Leads in operating the delivery management processes and driving strategic initiatives/campaigns for the assigned portfolio to drive client value and improved delivery and financial performance outcomes. - Provide management oversight to the MU DelOps Leads under the associated Service/Market. - Collaborate with Global DelOps Leads to drive improved integration, consistency and efficiency across the Delivery Management process and improvement campaigns. - Requires excellent communications skills, stakeholder management, and ability to actively drive results at a senior leadership level. Roles and Responsibilities: • Driving continuous improvement and transformation programs across Delivery, including productivity and profitability initiatives. These campaigns may be Service-specific or global cross Service activities. • Managing the E2E Delivery Management Process - leverage Market/MU DelOps teams to drive contract reporting, facilitating governance meetings, driving MMD adoption, supporting CDLs and PDLs using data and analytics to spot problems early and drive actions to improve client value and delivery/financial performance outcomes. • Driving the Delivery agenda/narrative and developing the insights to achieve business outcomes. Through mastery of the key delivery metrics and business processes, apply operational rigor and x-team collaboration to tell the delivery story while developing the insights to drive business outcomes. (Example indicators may include Fall Forward Sales, Rev, CCI, Solution Contingency Management, CoPQ, CTS, CDP, BCM, E2E Delivery Management, Core Metrics, DL Certification, RDE %, Client Feedback) • Leading, enabling or contributing to the business processes and/or Strategic Initiatives to drive the actions to achieve business outcomes. (Examples may include Complex Deal Enablement (CDE), Automation & Productivity, Contract Operating Plan, Delivery Led Sales (Upsell / Defend / Fall Forward Campaigns), E2E Delivery Management continuous improvement, MMD evolution, Client Data Protection (CDP), Business Continuity Management (BCM), DL Certification, Delivery Recognition and Delivery Success campaigns, Client Success adoption, Methods 2.0 adoption) • Collaborating with colleagues across Services to drive consistency of delivery management approach and improved synergies and efficiencies. • Reporting & analytics: Through understanding of business and priorities, ability to design and facilitate build/deploy of insightful analytics to drive business outcomes. • Strong project management capability: Ability to see a project from beginning to end and connect across the firm to obtain required inputs. • Comfortable managing multiple projects in tandem, prioritizing effectively (across time zones) and executing to deadline with high quality. • Critical thinking: You will be able to see options and select the most strategic way forward OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong, Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • At least 12 years’ experience in service delivery • At least 10 years leadership experience • Delivery Experience and Expertise, Business Operations Management, Client Relationship Management, Operational Excellence, Metrics and Predictive Analytics, Project/Program Management • Graduate, Project, and organization management skills • Excellent project management, team management, analytical and communication skills • Demonstrated confidence and assertiveness in working with Senior Executives • Highly flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure and quickly changing priorities •Self-motivated, with a high degree of self-reliance and responsibility to own issues and drive actions to closure • Extreme attention to detail • Excellent PowerPoint skills • Excellent Excel skills • Excellent Reporting & Analytics design skills with track record and/or aspirations to drive improvements in this space • Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders • Ability to function as a team player and maintain a good working relationship, yet think and act independently with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. • Overall strengths in: Understands Accenture’s Business; Project Management; Change Management; Reporting/Financials (trending, insights/analysis; synthesizing data to executive level presentation); English language; Communication; Collaboration
