About the team

The Solution Architecture team sits within the wider Quantum Professional Service organization. We are a global team of functional Solution Architects whose primary role is to lead the scoping and design phases of client engagements, as well as to provide Quantum product subject matter expertise to our clients and colleagues.

What you will be doing

Reporting into the global head of Quantum Solution Architecture, you will be leading the team of Solution Architects in North America ensuring that they are utilized effectively across all client and prospect engagements. You will also be required conduct scoping and design workshops yourself.

• Manage the team of 6 Solution Architects in the North American region.

• Provide support and assistance to ‘at risk’ projects.

• Working with our Sales and Pre-Sales colleagues to bring the sales cycle to a successful close, and then transition the client over to the project delivery phases.

• Facilitate the development of the team’s functional and soft skills.

• Lead the introduction and adoption of new initiatives.

• Collaborate with the Product Management team to help define requirements for new product features.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $136,190.00 - $228,790.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
