Job Summary

Summary:
The Brand Partnership & Engagement team is looking for a highly motivated, strategic leader to drive effective usage of our 90+ partnerships and $100M+ investment of local and national deals across key consumer passions. This individual will be responsible for managing and building creative engagement through sponsorship activation, in-venue experiences & creative, on-site activations, experiential marketing, content creator activations, earned media, industry relevance, community engagement & more.

The mission of the Brand Partnership and Engagement team is to connect consumers deeper to what they love through innovative and strategic partnerships that put our brands on the “Big Stage” and provide moments of high engagement. The Director of Brand Partnership Engagement will be a crucial role to accomplish this mission. This role will report to the VP, Brand Partnership and Engagement.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Build strategic creative plans that allow us to execute prominent and consistent awareness of our shared equity with partners via an effectively managed brand partnership portfolio
  • Lead the creation of multi-sensorial experiences that have cultural breakthrough and build emotional connections
  • Prior to all program launches ensure that post launch measurement plans are in place to articulate how our efforts are driving brand and business objectives
  • Serve as the Brand Partnership Marcomm lead for all partnership creative usages and executions, working closely with our advertising, retail, creative, brand strategy, programming, partnership management, division and agency teammates. 
  • Lead creative engagement plans across our entire portfolio including national sports partnerships, local sports/venue creative, gaming creative execution, media partnerships, multi-cultural partnerships & more.
  • Cultivate and steward all Brand Partnership related creative, including the building of a Partnership Engagement Plan of Record.
  • Lead a team that represents the Brand Partnership team across all campaigns with potential integrations across retail, IMC/advertising, editorial, experiential and internal/external communications.
  • Stay knowledgeable on partnership integration best practices, including understand competitive integrations and general best practices.
  • Subject matter expert regarding shared IP usage rights by working closely with other members of Brand Partnership team on how to maximize the totality of our partnership portfolio
  • Serve as key member of the Brand Partnership senior leadership team
  • Responsible for building an experiential strategy and implementation plan across physical and digital executions, inclusive of direct partnership access but also across brand campaigns
  • End-to-end responsibility around content creators, including selection, management & engagement
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Media, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in creative strategy, partnerships, and business development, preferably within the media or entertainment industry
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and managing large-scale partnerships required
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain credible relationships with high-profile partners
  • Ability to handle a high volume of projects simultaneously, keeping pace in a quickly moving department
  • Ability to excel in an ever-changing environment
  • Diligent and resourceful critical thinker who maintains a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Excellent written and communication skills; extraordinary attention to detail, keen organizational and analytical skills; proactive self-starter who shows initiative
  • Team player; can-do attitude; willing to jump in and out of multiple assignments as needed

Compensation

This job can be performed in Colorado, and Denver Campus with a Pay Range of $139,963.93 - $209,945.89

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
