The Role

As a Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in standardizing, mapping, and improving product development processes to accelerate the time‑to‑market of Clarios product lines. You’ll collaborate across marketing, engineering, and product teams to document workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements that enhance customer responsiveness and operational agility.

What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)

• Map internal product‑development processes across all product lines, including variables, scenarios, stakeholders, and approval flows.
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies to reduce product launch lead times.
• Standardize and document end‑to‑end workflows for product development.
• Automate steps within the process to improve speed, accuracy, and visibility.
• Identify pain points and propose process improvements that enhance coordination and decision‑making.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to align expectations and ensure a unified process.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

Applicable Backgrounds:

• Students in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields interested in product management, process optimization, or marketing operations.

• Familiarity with process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
• Interest in product development and go‑to‑market processes
• Ability to analyze workflows and identify improvement opportunities
• Basic experience with automation or digital workflow tools (desirable)
