What would you do? Manages and execute Order to Cash, Billing
Support to maintain and improve service performance metrics reports including, but not limited to, timely customer invoicing in accordance with contractual billing terms
Provide status of work in process, customers portfolio, assist in planning and coordinating execution of work, escalate issues in a timely and appropriate manner while pushing to identify resolutions.
Provide quality, cost effective service while looking at ways to contribute to process improvement in processes
Manages and execute Order to Cash, Cash Application process.
Support to maintain and improve service performance metrics reports including, but not limited to, timely cash allocations and applications.
Provide status of work in process, customers payments application and allocation, assist in planning and coordinating execution of work, escalate issues in a timely and appropriate manner while pushing to identify resolutions.
Support month-end close of other OTC processes
May provide ad-hoc analyses and summaries of information as requested
Provide quality, cost effective service while looking at ways to contribute to process improvement in cash applications.
Ensure that all cash receipts will be applied within the month and support month-end close
May provide ad-hoc analyses and summaries of information as requested

At least 6 months related working experience in OTC backend process.
Experience in any of skills below is preferred but not required.
Sales, Billing, Cash Application, Manage Contracts, Credit Management, Collections, Reconciliations, respond to queries (voice and query capability)
Experience in any accounting ERP (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
•Able to communicate well in English for verbal and written form
Analytical and fact-based decision-maker
Ability to quickly identify issues and risks and provide recommendations.
Experience in team interactions and facilitation
SSC, BPO experience an advantage but not required.
Able to perform analysis of data and tasks of medium to high complexity.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
• Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor
• You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments

• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
