Description
 

Location: This role is onsite at 4101 Percival Road, Columbia, SC 29229.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop a product’s long-term vision and strategy, including a 3—to 5-year roadmap. Work with the Manager, subject matter experts, and Lines of Business to develop and implement new products/capabilities/solutions that meet business objectives.

  • Conduct market research to monitor trends and the efficacy of the product suite. Based on tracking and identified trends, make regular recommendations to management. Analyze customer feedback and needs to drive solutions.

  • Create an approach to marketing the product at all stages of its life, including measurable performance metrics. Develop a direct marketing position and messaging that appeals to the market and has a supporting strategy. Partner with the communications area to deliver messaging in creative and enhanced methods.

  • Manage the product budget. Plan and budget/estimate the resources needed. Responsible for contracting, negotiation, service level agreements, and additional duties as assigned.

To Qualify for This Position, You'll Need:

  • Required Education: Bachelor's degree in a job-related field

  • Required Degree Equivalency: Four (4) years of related work experience.

  • Required Work Experience: Three (3) years of product experience (wellness, virtual care, transparency, etc).

  • Required Software and tools: Microsoft Office

  • Product analyst experience

  • Project management experience

  • Vendor management experience
