Description -

The Marketing Planning and Operations is seeking a highly skilled and strategic individual to enhance our Long-Term Planning (LTP) and streamline our operations process. This pivotal role will collaborate closely with Finance to fortify the annual and monthly planning frameworks, ensuring seamless integration and process optimization across Corporate Marketing.

Throughout the fiscal year, the selected candidate will be instrumental in establishing robust structures, setting a clear cadence, and business management controls. These efforts are crucial for optimizing budget allocation, mitigating financial risks, and supporting senior leadership to make business impact decisions Your expertise will forge the path for structured, strategic controls and cross-functional planning integration, all while upholding our commitment to agility and adaptability. You'll spearhead project management and process innovation, crafting a narrative of success through insightful planning and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Empower Leadership: Offer actionable recommendations and a strategic plan to senior leaders based on analytical research, guiding pivotal decisions.
  • Enhance Marketing Finance: Lead the development of finance marketing content, streamline the budgeting process, and foster the sharing of best practices.
  • Forge Strong Partnerships: Collaborate effectively with Finance and Marketing teams to proactively manage operational plans with finesse and strategic insight.
  • Innovate Marketing Finance Processes: Define and implement cutting-edge financial processes, tools, and technology to continuously elevate the performance of marketing finance systems.
  • Become the Trusted Authority: Be recognized as the go-to expert on finance marketing policies, adept at handling complex and confidential information with discretion.
  • Clarify and Guide: Provide clear direction on planning requirements and offer insightful guidance for marketing finance analytics and operations to your marketing colleagues.

Education and Experience Required:

  • BA or BS in Marketing, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent business experience; MBA desirable, but not required.
  • 7+ years of working experience, preferable in a large corporate environment.
  • 3+ years marketing, finance, analytics or operational experience.

The base pay range for this role is $102,000 to $157,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
