Position Summary
This position is responsible for managing and developing senior-level IS leaders, directing the development of enterprise architecture projects, and ensuring the alignment of business strategies and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the creation and evolution of the enterprise architecture program, including business, information, technical, and solution architectures
Lead the identification and analysis of enterprise business drivers to establish architecture requirements
Oversee the development and enterprise architecture governance, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies
Manage Operational and Capital budgets so initiatives are successfully completed on time and within budget. Proactively identify cost efficiency opportunities
Build and maintain a relationship with the business units being served to understand their strategies, and create and implement IT strategy and tactics that will best fit the needs of the company
Oversee the integration and compatibility of technology solutions across various platforms and departments, ensuring a cohesive and scalable IT infrastructure
Manage IS related due diligence and integration efforts for all mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures done by the company
Own, build, and maintain technology roadmaps ensuring annual updates aligned with business and technology strategy
Develop standard review procedures for enterprise applications ensuring compliance with technology standards

Provides leadership and direction through Senior Managers and Managers
Is typically accountable for the performance and results of: a large strategically important discipline in an extremely large market; or related disciplines or a medium-sized function in a large market or medium-sized market; or a medium-sized discipline or department in a major region
Adapts and executes functional or departmental business plans and contributes to the development of functional or departmental strategies
Decisions are guided by functional strategies and priorities
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
7-10 years’ relevant experience required
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
ERP Experience, SAP S4 preferred
Physical Requirements and Working Environment
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer
