Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly to support business objectives. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the overall success of projects by leveraging your expertise in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. - Develop and execute automated test scripts to validate software functionality and performance. - Identify and report software defects to ensure quality deliverables. - Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements. - Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to enhance testing processes. 1. Automation Strategy: Define and implement test automation strategies using TOSCA, ensuring scalability and efficiency. 2. Framework Development: Design and maintain TOSCA-based test automation frameworks and reusable assets. 3. Tool Implementation: Configure and integrate TOSCA with tools like JIRA, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps. 4. Team Enablement: Train and mentor QA teams on TOSCA features and best practices. 5. Test Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and design data-driven test cases. 6. CI/CD Integration: Enable and manage TOSCA automation in continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines. 7. Governance: Establish standards and guidelines for TOSCA test automation and ensure compliance. 8. Optimization: Troubleshoot issues and optimize test cases for performance and maintainability. 9. Reporting: Create dashboards and provide actionable insights from test metrics and results. 10. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on TOSCA advancements and integrate innovative features to enhance efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite, TOSCA SAP Automation experience. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies. - Experience in automated testing tools and techniques. - Hands-on experience in creating and executing test cases. - Knowledge of software testing principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have over 4 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite. - A 15 years full time education is required.
