Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Manufacturing Track Lead to guide the implementation and support of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions, specifically within the manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle EBS Discrete & Manufacturing modules, including Work in Progress (WIP), Bills of Material (BOM), and Inventory Management, and experience working in healthcare industries (preferred). This role involves managing Oracle EBS Manufacturing processes, optimizing solutions, and supporting the operational efficiency of the manufacturing functions.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle EBS Implementation:
Lead the enhancement & support of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Discrete Manufacturing modules such as BOM, Routing, WIP, FG Inventory, Costing, Enterprise Asset Management (eAM), Quality Management and MES Integration etc.
Configure and customize Oracle EBS Manufacturing applications to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze manufacturing requirements, translating them into effective Oracle EBS solutions.
Coordinate with other teams (technical) to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Support & Maintenance:
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules.
Resolve critical system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimizing business operations.
Perform system enhancements, updates, and upgrades, ensuring systems are running at peak efficiency.
Collaborate with the internal team to implement improvements based on feedback and system performance metrics.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
Lead and mentor a team of Oracle EBS professionals, ensuring they are effectively contributing to implementation, support, and improvement initiatives.
Provide guidance on best practices in Oracle EBS implementation, usage, and support.
Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the manufacturing track of Oracle EBS.
Ensure the manufacturing modules are aligned with business processes and drive efficiencies across production, inventory, and procurement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with other functional leads (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement) to ensure integration and alignment across Oracle EBS modules.
Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure system integration and uptime.
Requirements
Education: A Bachelor/Masters’ degree in Engineering, Business, Operations.
Experience:
8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Manufacturing implementations, upgrades, or support.
Experience leading Oracle EBS implementations in manufacturing industries, with preference for experience in healthcare.
Strong experience in Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules such as BOM, Routing, WIP, FG Inventory, Costing, and Enterprise Asset Management (eAM).
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Modules (preferred).
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in Oracle EBS applications.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
