In Manulife’s North America Treasury Operations (NATO), our mandate is to manage payment transactions and provide value added cash management services. Reporting to the AVP Strategy & Analytics and working closely with the NATO Reporting & Analytics Lead, as a Business Analytics Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing and developing metrics, reports, and analysis that support key business decisions. You will also gather and transform data from various sources into meaningful reports, dashboards, and insights for management.

We’re looking for a Business Analytics Specialist to join our Business Insights and Analytics team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to extract actionable insights from data to inform decision-making, improve processes, and support organizational goals. By contributing to evidence-based strategies, you will help the business understand its performance, identify areas for improvement, and uncover opportunities for growth.
