Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the HR Business Partners with tactical and operational HR matters to support the APAC business with their goals as part of the HR strategy across the region.

  • Partner with other parts of the HR team (HR Operations, Talent Acquisition etc) within the EAP region as well as the broader global team. 

  • Support on mandatory survey requests from regulators including the MOM, MAS and IMDA.

  • Provide guidance and coaching to employees and managers on HR matters, with support from the HRBP where required: e.g., career and talent planning, mentoring, compensation, talent acquisition, learning and development.

  • Assist in Employee Relations cases including operational support and note taking.

  • Support the delivery of HR projects where required: e.g., Talent Review process, employee engagement surveys, campus/lateral recruitment events.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous HR Advisor experience with direct client support.

  • A minimum of 2 – 3 years' experience in HR functional areas such as employee relations, performance and talent management, compensation and reward.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

  • The ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a global / functional matrix environment.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for Singapore preferred.
