Job Description:

Position: Strategic Projects & Operations Project Manager
Reports to: Director of Strategic Projects & Operations
Location: Bentonville, Arkansas
Salary range: $62,800 - $94,200     

About the Position

The Strategic Projects & Operations Project Manager at Art Bridges will lead key strategic initiatives and operational improvements across the organization. This role involves managing complex projects from inception to completion, enhancing operational efficiencies, and ensuring project deliverables align with the organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, process mapping, and operational optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage strategic projects across various departments to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress, manage changes, coordinate internal resources, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Perform process mapping and analysis to identify areas for improvement and streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects align with organizational goals and comply with industry standards.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders about project status, risks, and decisions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices in project management and operations.
  • Prepare and present reports and project updates to senior management.
  • Guide team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
  • PM certification (e.g., PMP; PRINCE2) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in strategic projects and operations.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience in process mapping and operational optimization.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Work environment: Work will be performed in an office environment full-time. The noise level in the work environment is typically low to moderate. Some overnight travel may be necessary on occasion.
