Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the payrolls for multiple countries within the EMEA region
  • Lead and mentor a team of payroll analysts, providing guidance and training for their professional development
  • Work with our vendors and other advisors to ensure payroll compliance with local tax laws, labor laws, and statutory requirements across all EMEA countries
  • Perform controls in accordance with SOX framework
  • Collaborate with Employee Success, Finance, and other internal partners to align payroll processes with overall business objectives
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve consistency, accuracy and efficiency across our operations
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of payroll data, maintaining data integrity and accuracy of employee records.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external payroll vendors and service providers


Key requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Payroll Manager
  • Delivery and management of EMEA countries
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor laws across EMEA payrolls as per experience
  • Strong systems experience including familiarity with payroll and HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP, ADP
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with prior experience in team management
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines
