Job Title: EAME Regional Compliance Manager
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Peterborough / Desford / Peterle

The Opportunity
The Regional Compliance Manager is responsible for Europe, Africa, Middle East and Eurasia region (EAME), and sits within the Product Compliance and Support (PC&S) Division. The PC&S team provides global enterprise leadership, deep expertise, and guidance in product safety and compliance, substance compliance, and corporate product markings.
What you will do:
As part of the PC&S organization, the EAME Regional Compliance Manager is responsible to provide:
Managerial and technical direction to a staff of engineers and support personnel engaged in technical standards and regulation development, product safety, product compliance, and product certification with an overall goal to ensure market access for Caterpillar products.
The Regional Compliance Manager works in the product standards and regulation functional area and:
Is accountable for interpreting and adapting processes for product compliance and certification into local law and language.
Provides a communication conduit between local regulators, Legal Services, commercial teams, the broader PC&S team, and Caterpillar product groups to ensure regional compliance requirements are understood and achieved.

Organizational Leadership: Knowledge of leadership concepts and ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing and achieving objectives.
