Predominantly in charge of SMBs who purchased on company website. Book is comprised of a large number of customer accounts that are currently spending a small dollar amount with the company. Focus is on onboarding, enablement, billing education with emphasis on net new revenue and product attachment. Element of handling inbound queries from unassigned customer accounts.
Develops short-term growth focused relationships with inbound customers. Drives customer onboarding within a high volume books of business. Proactively targets certain accounts within book to open conversations and identify growth opportunities to expand product footprint within that customers set up. Prcoess driven around SLA's and response times. Manages inbound queries from customers with unassignd Customer Success contact.
Works on issues of limited scope that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. Receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new assignments. Typically requires 2 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or an advanced degree without experience. Supervisory: No.
