Join us as a Performance Marketing Manager within Retail Bank marketing.

The role will involve delivering marketing activity to support Premier segment growth, working closely with teams across marketing and wider business stakeholders to deliver campaigns to meet defined objectives.

You’ll be responsible for supporting with the delivery of digital campaign briefs, whilst identifying and mitigating against risks to delivery.


This role is within the Premier Marketing team and will be responsible for the delivery of our digital marketing activity in line with acquisition goals, as well as supporting with the optimisation of live campaigns.

What you'll do

You’ll be a key digital contact to relevant stakeholders, working within a scrum, you’ll make sure that digital is given full consideration in the creative development of campaigns and that all activity is supporting the wider customer obsessed, commercial and brand objectives.

Your role will also involve:

  • Acting as an expert with the end-to-end production, management and execution of digital initiatives (including tagging)
  • Working closely with the Digital Programme Lead to support with the delivery of paid digital campaigns across multiple channels such as paid search, performance max, demand gen, paid social, programmatic and affiliates
  • Ensuring effective end to end measurement and reporting on all campaigns, aligning closely to key objectives and key results
  • Working closely with stakeholders to deliver conversion rate optimisations for traffic driven from digital campaigns
  • Conducting regular A/B testing to make sure the most effective creative messaging is used in all channels
  • Acting as a key digital contact to relevant stakeholders and partner with all Marketing teams
  • Managing campaign deliverables, with responsibility for delivering against the brief at all stages of the campaign and managing sign offs
  • Collaborating closely with your colleagues across Marketing to ensure all messaging is accurate and aligned with the bank’s wider agenda
  • Utilising segmentation and data to deliver targeted and personalised campaigns.

The skills you'll need.

We’re looking for someone with a successful background in digital marketing and experience of planning, delivering, and optimising digital activity across paid search, paid social, programmatic and affiliate channels. You’ll bring fresh thinking and creativity to your work, collaborating with your colleagues to plan and deliver impactful campaigns that engage customers in the most effective way.

You will also demontrate:

  • Technical experience of setting up tracking, measuring and optimising digital campaigns across multiple paid digital channels and use of digital analytics tools such as Adobe
  • Proficiency in analytics and data management
  • Experience of managing campaign approvals with compliance / legal teams
  • Collaborative approach to working with teams within marketing and building stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills and experience of coordinating multiple tasks and priorities
  • Budget management experience
