What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Provides accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
Receive in-bound calls from customers who want to open a claim.
Listen, solve problems, answer questions and work with customers via phone, email, and live chat, in a timely and professional manner, to find a resolution.
Use your expertise to proactively make recommendations that will help customers avoid future issues.
Work in a single client/functional environment or multi-client/multi-functional environment.
What are the requirements needed for this position?
Minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
Minimum high school diploma or GED.
Ability to work Monday-Friday 12pm-9pm EST.
Ability to commit to having a home office environment that is free of distractions or responsibilities outside of the role, during working hours assigned.

What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
When you work:
The hours of operation are 7 days a week, Monday through Sunday between 8am –12am EST, 365 days per year, including holidays.
This job is 40 hours a week and shifts are usually (not always) 5 consecutive days on with 2 consecutive dates off for 8-hour shifts. However, shifts can change to meet business needs, so it is important that you have open overall availability.
When you start, training will look like:
A combination of virtual “classroom” and “on-the-job” training that is typically 6 weeks long, but duration can vary.
Classroom training hours are typically Monday through Friday from 9am – 6pm EST, with a lunch break.
Upon completion of classroom training, you will receive your regular shift and start working those hours.

You will be required to be on camera during class and for meetings.

Pay Range:
$14.36 - $22.25Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
