Job Description

As Vietnam Site Representative, you be the payment specialist of P&G Vietnam market, reporting to the Payment Operations Manager located in Manila, Philippines. You will build expertise on the end-to-end payments and Vietnam special handling, carry out operational processes, supervise contractor/s, and will be client-facing to P&G stakeholders and external 3rd party suppliers. You will also lead Vietnam-related initiatives that drive scorecard improvement, local regulation compliance, and P&G internal controls.

Your Team

You will be reporting to Payment Operations Manager located in Manila.

What Success Looks Like

Your success would be based on operational and project work you're doing, which would be reviewed on a monthly basis. Your manager would provide full-support though continuous mentoring and coaching.

Job Tasks:

  • Invoice management – troubleshooting invoice issues, coordinate with bank in processing foreign currency invoices, collaborate internally with multifunctional teams as needed (i.e. tax, customs, plant, commercial team, etc..)
  • Manage 3rd party suppliers’ payment queries/critical issues
  • 3rd party vendor communication for VN related projects/initiatives
  • Participate in audits related to 3rd party supplier payments
  • Be responsible for Accounts Payable contractors

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years working experience in a dynamic environments
  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Course (Accounting, Economics, Finance, Management of Financial Institutions) or Math-related Course (Math, Statistics) is highly preferred, though open to any BS/BA course as long as experience/knowledge in accounting/finance/math fields is demonstrated
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Hard-working & self-driven

  • Has good communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Adaptability to learn and master new applications
  • Thrives in a changing and dynamic environment
  • Team-player, can work with diverse individuals collaboratively
