Summary: As a Solution Architect, you will translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform. Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case. Your typical day will involve analyzing client requirements, designing and implementing solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: • Experienced in developing and design high-level architecture for complex applications and systems using Java, JPA, Hibernate, Weblogic, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and microservices etc. • Knowledge in creating and maintaining detailed architectural documentation and design specifications. • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and modern DevOps practices. • Experience working with AHSS clients on their codebase in resolving technical issues. • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex technology solutions for public services clients considering, security , quality and performance. • Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, microservices, and RESTful API design. • Strong experience with Angular, Bootstrap, jQuery, and front-end technologies. • Hands-on experience with Oracle BPM, Oracle DB/PostgreSQL, OSB, OIAM/WSO2, AEM, Oracle Policy Automation, and Oracle ECM. • Familiarity with Jenkins , SONAR, JIRA, Confluence, for continuous integration and deployment. • High Experience engaging with public services clients to understand their requirements & present architectural designs and solutions via extensibility and address concerns or feedback. • Integrate diverse technologies including REST, Angular, Bootstrap, jQuery, Oracle BPM, Oracle DB, OSB, OIAM, AEM, Oracle Policy Automation, and Oracle ECM to build cohesive solutions. • Experience in Implementing the re-architect strategy of Monolith to Microservices with cloud first approach, migration to newer technologies and newer services. • Highly proficient on Accenture delivery architecture and staying latest on Industry, modern technologies and trends. • Lead technical teams in the implementation of architectural designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: Create high-level designs for complex systems or applications, ensuring that all components work together effectively. Develop long-term strategies for technology use and integration, aligning with business goals and objectives. Assess and recommend tools, technologies, and platforms that best fit the project's needs. Provide guidance and oversight during the development phase to ensure that the architecture is followed and technical standards are maintained. Oversee the integration of various systems and components, ensuring seamless operation and data flow. Work closely with stakeholders, including business leads, project managers, and developers, to understand requirements and constraints. Create/maintain detailed documentation for the architectural design, including diagrams, specifications, and standards. Anticipate potential technical challenges and risks, and develop mitigation strategies. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Address performance issues and optimize the system to meet scalability and efficiency goals. Keep up with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions and improvements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
