Summary: As a Level 9 Project Manager (also called Program/Project Management Lead or Consultant), you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of a project or workstream to achieve specific business outcomes for a client. You will lead a small to mid-sized team and coordinate across multiple stakeholders to ensure project success. Roles & Responsibilities: · Project delivery: Manage all aspects of the project life cycle, including planning, execution, and closure, to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. · Scope management: Define project scope and monitor the execution of deliverables against the project plan. · Stakeholder management: Communicate with multiple stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior leadership, to manage expectations, report on progress, and address issues. · Team leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to the project team, delegating tasks and ensuring alignment with project goals. This role often includes being a subject matter expert (SME) who provides solutions and guidance to the team. · Risk management: Identify potential project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes. · Process improvement: Identify and quantify opportunities for process improvements and implement project management best practices. · Agile and Waterfall proficiency: Apply relevant project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or a hybrid approach, based on the project context. Professional & Technical Skills: · Strong understanding of core project management methodologies and frameworks. · Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Planview. · Experience with risk management, issue resolution, and change management processes. · Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. · Ability to perform independently and provide solutions to complex problems. · Experience with specific technical domains, which will vary based on the specific role (e.g., SAP, Google Cloud, Informatica MDM, or other emerging technologies like AI/ML). Additional Information: · A minimum of 5+ years of relevant project management or delivery experience is typically required. · A full-time educational qualification of 15 years is standard. · Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile certifications) are often a plus.
