Position consists of part administrative (30%) tasks which requires attention to detail and consistent law applications, part project/event management (40%) which requires communication and meeting management skills, part of creative HR process improvements both improving technical solutions in Workday, communication in various channels, guidelines and else (30%).
What you will do:
Handle the payroll process, ensuring everything is accurate and complies with regulations.
Support employee temporal residency permits acquiring process.
Manage employee benefits and keep them updated.
Develop and implement HR processes to boost efficiency and focus on employee experience.
Lead and execute HR projects that support the company’s strategic goals.
Create a positive work environment through engagement activities and initiatives.
Contribute significantly to Diversity & Inclusion networks and Engagement committee goals and activities.
Support new hires during their onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition.
May contribute to HR news communication.
Be ready to take on other tasks as needed.
What you will need:
University degree.
At least 2 years of relevant HR experience (such as talent attraction, HR project management, HR generalist, or Junior HRBP roles).
Proven track record of leading or significantly contributing to various HR initiatives and process improvements.
Attention to detail, communication, and a strong focus on employee experience.
Proficiency in Lithuanian and English.
What is nice to have:
Familiarity with GDPR principles is a plus.
Experience facilitating workshops and public speaking skills are a plus.
Practical experience with Lithuanian Labor code is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is €30,800.00-€46,200.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
