WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager, to lead the In Season shared teams.

The candidate needs to be able to Embrace and Lead Change, Cultivate Effective Teamwork, and Ensure Accountability, with their proven experience leading teams, process improvement and project management expertise, and strong stakeholder leadership skills.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

If this is you, you will lead our In Season shared teams passionate about driving the operational and executional activities specific to our overall In Season orderbook (Futures and At Once).

We expect you to:

Bring strong operational experience, acquired from working with multiple x-functional teams including Supply Chain, MPO, DSM and Logistics.

Be the voice of Supply Chain operations related to our crucial In Season executional supply chain timeline and wider business collaboration

Build and deliver initiatives and results towards our operational KPI’s (Service, Convenience, Sustainability and Profitability)

Lead the smooth flow of inventory across EMEA to deliver strong Availability, Orderbook health through internal and external collaboration

Flexibly move to provide your subject matter expertise in areas of critical business need across EMEA Supply Chain

A typical day/week looks like (examples of “day in the life” tasks):

Ensuring a specific focus on Order Management Execution, associated KPI’s, elevating visibility and driving associated actions within your org

Demonstrating strong skills in matrix management, influencing and prioritization of work in close collaboration with the Account Facing teams and External Partners as well as Pre/Post Season & Responsive teams to ensure an aligned approach towards operational execution

Contributing to the smooth flow of inventory across EMEA to deliver strong Availability, Orderbook health, Working Capital, and logistic efficiency

Ensuring your team will be accountable for a wide range of responsibilities across In Season Planning related to executional Order Management activities and relevant communications

Supporting the transformation of the new MPO setup by championing the vision and approach with internal and external stakeholders

Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement related to our tools, processes and end to end collaboration with your key x-functional partners

Developing Supply Chain Talent – Lead and Manage a team of Sr Specialists and Specialists to serve the In Season supply chain focus space

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will Lead and Strengthen a team of Sr Specialists and Specialists to serve the In Season supply chain focus space

You will collaborate closely with Account facing NMP team, External Partners, Adaptable, Pre/Post Season and Planning teams, Finance, Logistics, and Network Capacity Optimization (NCO), amongst others.
