Position Requirements
Essential Job Functions:
- Support clinician onsite onboarding including site badge and EMR training, collaborating with the Privileging and Onboarding team
- Support local, leased and 1099 clinician renewal processes
- Support clinician offboarding processes
- Support new site implementations and de-implementations
- Serve as the learning admin for clinicians, managing course assignments and following up, as needed, to ensure completion of requirements
- Support the clinician CME process
- Provide support, as needed, to operational and clinical leadership
- Support organizational policies, objectives and initiatives
- Improve the clinician experience by fostering a positive working relationship between your team and functional COEs, clinicians and clients
- Communicate in a timely and professional manner
- Be highly detail-oriented, well organized and efficient
- Work with a sense of urgency and strong prioritization skills
- Follow up with clinicians, as needed, to ensure issues are resolved
- Partner with site leadership and colleagues in other departments to develop a culture of collaborative teamwork, problem solving, positive communications and engagement
