Job Summary

As a Senior M365 Engineer (12222), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work through technical issues with minimal outside assistance, utilizing documentation and self-learning.
• Track status and manage assigned tasks using Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Add customer domains to allow interoperability and ensure seamless communication across platforms.

 

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be comfortable working US hours, regardless of location.
• Proven experience in Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow for task management and tracking.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell, with the ability to read and update existing scripts.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn independently and adapt to changing technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with minimal guidance.
• Experience in managing Microsoft 365 services, particularly Teams administration and email management.
