The Application Assistant will be responsible for supporting applications of Ingredion’s Texture and Healthful Solutions. He/She will develop solutions across all food categories (Beverage, Bakery, Dairy, Savory, etc) supporting our Sugar reduction & Specialty sweetener platform. Activities will include-preparing prototypes for customer meetings, ongoing customer projects, bench top analysis. He/she will work closely with Sales and Applications teams to promote functional, value-added ingredients and solutions to meet customer needs.
