Job Description:

About the Role

The Customer Relationship Manager’s role is to retain existing business and client and intermediary relationships, through the development and implementation of marketing and retention services and strategies.

Required Expertise

  • · Minimum 2 years WorkCover experience or insurance industry experience
  • · Management Experience with knowledge of Workers Compensation Premium
  • · Experience with corporate clients and / or brokers
  • · Extensive customer service experience
  • · Computer skills – Microsoft Word (basic), Excel (basic) and Powerpoint (intermediate)
  • · Excellent personal presentation
  • · Self-starter / working autonomously

Required Expertise

  • · Knowledge of Legislation, VWA Policies and guidelines
  • · Understanding of internal control framework testing and monitoring;
  • · Computer skills: Outlook and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
