Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Domain Engineering Execution & Strategy:

Leads solution delivery across medium-complexity domains, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability of systems and platforms.

Translates the business strategy into domain-specific technical execution, aligning priorities with long-term architectural goals.

Drives reuse, standardization, and platform alignment across software and AI-enabled systems.

Architecture & Solution Design:

Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance software and AI-driven systems using backend (Java, Python, Rust, C#), frontend (JavaScript, TypeScript), and mobile (Swift, Dart, Objective-C) technologies.

Lead the adoption of new frameworks and design patterns to support modernization, legacy remediation, and platform unification. Integrate agentic AI capabilities into system architectures to deliver intelligent, autonomous solutions.

Full Lifecycle Development & Technical Execution:

Drives the full software lifecycle, including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, observability, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

Promotes the use of advanced tooling (for example, GitHub) with Copilot, Qodo Merge, and DX Ai Chat to increase code quality and developer efficiency.

Establishes and enforces key performance indicators to evaluate system health, engineering velocity, and business value impact.

Mentorship, Knowledge Sharing & Culture Building:

Serves as a role model and mentor, guiding engineering teams and enabling technical growth across the function.

Builds communities of practice, leads technical demos, and promotes knowledge-sharing and innovation best practices.

Cultivates a culture of continuous learning and improvement, emphasizing technical mindset and strategic impact.

Cross-Functional Influence & Experimentation Enablement:

Leads experimentation and prototyping environments to test new features, frameworks, and AI agents.

Enables faster iteration through experimentation infrastructure, A/B testing, telemetry integration, and performance analysis.

Aligns engineering teams across functions to resolve interdependencies and accelerate enterprise-wide platform evolution.

Technical Ownership:

Demonstrates responsibility for deliverables, ensuring solutions meet quality standards and business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering or related area and 10 years' experience in technology/engineering focus working in large scale and transaction intensive product/product groups in a globally distributed work environment.
