Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our media business development initiatives in Brazil. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in media partnerships, marketing, and relationship management, with a focus on driving growth through strategic collaborations. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance our marketing efforts, secure beneficial agreements, and align business strategies with market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Media Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and secure media partnerships to drive business growth. This includes exploring new opportunities and cultivating relationships that align with our strategic and media objectives.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key providers, including payment and gaming providers, KYC (Know Your Customer) solution vendors, and other stakeholders to secure advantageous terms and agreements.
- Agency Collaboration: Develop and maintain relationships with media agencies to execute both online and offline marketing campaigns effectively, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Campaign Performance Analysis: Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Business Intelligence (BI), and Product teams to monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns. Provide recommendations for optimising ongoing and future campaigns.
- Internal Communication: Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Social Media teams to ensure that upcoming campaigns are well-communicated and aligned with overall business strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure business strategies are informed by the latest market trends and opportunities, and that these strategies are effectively executed.
