The core responsibility of the employee is to maintain the accuracy of the company’s assets, such as inventory and the Property, plant and equipment.

• Monitoring of Company’s Inventory Supplies and Assets including the semi-annual audit.
• Monthly Depreciation and Amortization of Assets including the FA tagging.
• Recording of Doctors Payroll in the accounting system in a timely basis.
• Recoding of employee advances adjustment and accruals in a timely basis.

Assists with the month-end and year-end closing of the accounting books.
•
Balance Sheet Reconciliation.
•
Performs any other related duties assigned by the Assistant Supervisor.
