Your typical day will involve facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Additionally, you will identify and report progress via appropriate metrics, ensuring the smooth execution of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Facilitate scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives - Coach and mentor the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation - Identify and report progress via appropriate metrics Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies - Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices - Ability to effectively facilitate meetings and workshops - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Agile Project Management - This position is based at our Gurugram office - A 15 years full time education is required
