As an SDR at Juni, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities by engaging with prospects and qualifying leads. You will be responsible for understanding potential customers’ needs and introducing them to Juni’s solutions in a compelling way.
In this role you’ll::
Develop a deep understanding of Juni’s product offering and master outbound sales techniques.
Conduct thorough market research to identify new potential customers within your target segments.
Build relationships with key contacts, understanding their pain points and needs.
Pitch our solutions to CFOs and senior finance professionals to generate interest and secure discovery calls.
Ensure customer data is accurately recorded and collaborate on optimizing commercial processes to improve conversion rates.
Serve as a voice of the customer of all challenges/opportunities that exist within their areas.
Within 2 months you'll:
Complete Juni’s intensive 8 week onboarding and training program.
Learn how to sell to finance teams and leaders (CFO).
Understand how Juni’s product works, get integrated with your team and hit the ground running when it comes to your role.
Within 3 months you'll:
Sourcing pipeline coverage within our target ICP.
Building and scaling email sequences based on your team’s best practice.
Getting the best deals in the pipeline by hunting and qualifying prospects.
Other team members say they’re learning a lot and are more productive because of you, you're firing on all cylinders and identifying ways we can improve processes!
You have helped us go to market much quicker - our velocity has increased significantly.
Within 5 months you'll:
You will be booking meetings and running hundreds of sequences and mastering Juni’s cold call pitch to CFO’s
You'll identify new tools / methods / sales processes that work best.
You'll be charging up for a great end of the year pipeline and exceeding your targets.
You’ll continuously achieve and overachieve against your quota.
We believe the following qualifications are key to success in this role:
1+ years of experience as an SDR
Comfortable selling to SME-mid-market sied customers
Strong & creative negotiation skills
Critical thinker and extremely data-driven
Excellent communication skills in native Swedish and, of course, English
What we’d love to see:
Experience with B2B sales tech stack; Hubspot, LI Sales Nav, Cognism
Experience with SaaS or B2B fintech (Banking, spend management, treasury or financing)
A bachelor’s degree or similar within a relevant field
