We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Dealer 20 Group Moderator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for moderating groups of automotive dealerships who share best practices, benchmarks, and insights to improve their business performance.

As an Automotive Dealer 20 Group Moderator, you will lead discussions, identify areas of improvement, and facilitate solutions to the challenges facing each dealership. You will help the dealerships achieve their financial and operational goals by identifying opportunities for growth, analyzing data, and coaching the participants.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate meetings and discussions with the dealership members of the 20 group
  • Provide guidance and coaching to dealerships on business performance and best practices
  • Collaborate with dealerships to develop strategies for growth and profitability
  • Conduct benchmarking analysis and provide insights on industry trends and best practices
  • Identify areas of improvement and provide actionable solutions to dealerships
  • Analyze financial statements and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure that all dealerships are meeting their performance goals and provide coaching when necessary
  • Foster a positive and collaborative environment that encourages participation and sharing of knowledge and experiences
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the automotive industry

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in dealership operations and senior management
  • Experience in facilitating meetings and discussions with dealership management teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with dealership members
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of financial statements and dealership performance metrics
  • Ability to travel to attend meetings and visit dealerships

Compensation: $110,000 + Comission

CDK Global is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
